Ingredients

 20 g unsweetened Sobrino
 500 ml milk
 20 g cornstarch
 110 ml milk cream
 20 g powdered sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix the milk, cornstarch and the unsweetened Sobrino in a pan, medium heat.

Keep moving, until it thickens.

In another recipient, mix the milk cream with the powder sugar and continue mixing until the volume multiply.

Put the mixture of the cornstarch at the bottom of your favorite glass then add the whipped cream on top for decoration.
