Plan your guided tour where you will learn about the details of the business history of Cortés Hermanos and the benefits of our wide variety of products.
In addition, we will show you all the stages of cocoa processing for the production of chocolate in the largest and most modern chocolate factory in the entire Caribbean basin.
In addition, they will learn about the different brands that are part of Cortés Hermanos and their main characteristics: Embajador chocolate, Cocoa Sobrino, Cortés Chocolate, Mas Mas, Mr. Milk, Rocky, Crachi, Fleiki and Cacaíto.

Visitors will be able to travel in their imagination through more than 90 years of business history of Cortés Hermanos, listening to great anecdotes and observing relics belonging to different eras.
The Cortés Visitor Center was created with the objective of contributing to education, both for children and adults, about the cultivation of Dominican cocoa and the processes involved in the production of chocolate and cocoa.
In the Center’s museum, visitors can observe some of the machines used in the production process, learn about the origin of cocoa and chocolate, and listen to fun and interesting anecdotes from different periods in the history of Cortés Hermanos.
The Cortés Visitor Center is a space to highlight the values of tradition and knowledge about cocoa and chocolate, which is why in its efforts to strengthen the experience it gives access to its industrial plant, this being the largest in the Caribbean. During the visit to the plant, you will have the opportunity to learn about the entire chocolate production process (from the farm to the palate) and also see the process and machines in which your favorite chocolates are manufactured.
Factory visits will only be from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. and it is necessary prior to your visit to both the factory and the museum to schedule in order to have access to the establishment.
New experience aimed at children and adults where they can create their own chocolate bar, entering even further into the world of cocoa and chocolate with all their senses.
Visitors will also be able to add this experience to their tour of choice to learn about the entire chocolate production process, from its origin, manufacturing and creation of the final product.
Available for the whole family from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m & Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
After a great tour of the different areas of the museum, visitors can enjoy a tasty gastronomic proposal at the Choco Lounge, the Center’s restaurant. Where all our dishes and drinks with a very special ingredient: CHOCOLATE.
You will delight in the exquisite melted cheese with chocolate butter, the house brownie, our pork sandwich, chocolate drinks, among other dishes.
