Ingredients

 ½ cup Cortés Lite
 2 tsp vegetable oil
 1 cup Brown sugar
 1 cup wheat flour
 1 tbsp vanilla
 1 tsp of cinnamon
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp baking powder
 3 ripe bananas

Directions

Puree the bananas in a bowl and then add sugar, vegetable oil and eggs into the same bowl, mix it all together until combined.

Pour the flour, Cortés Lite, baking powder, salt, vegetable oil, cinnamon and vanilla together. Mix until you get a thick consistency.

Put them in little recipients and bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes.

Take them out, let them cold and enjoy!
