- ½ cup Cortés Lite
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup of Brown sugar
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- Puree the bananas in a bowl and then add sugar, vegetable oil and eggs into the same bowl, mix it all together until combined.
- Pour the flour, Cortés Lite, baking powder, salt, vegetable oil, cinnamon and vanilla together. Mix until you get a thick consistency.
- Put them in little recipients and bake at 350 °F for 25 minutes.
- Take them out, let them cold and enjoy!
