Saturday & Sunday
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.​

Factory Tour

Tuesday to Friday​
9:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. ​

Closed Shoes Only

NO Short Skirts or Pants

Factory access rules

  1. It is mandatory that institutions or adults responsible for minors sign a waiver before entering the factory.
  2. You must come with long pants and closed shoes.
  3. No accessories or cell phones or electronic devices are allowed inside the factory. You can store them in our lockers.
  4. Please take into account that upon arrival, you must present your cédula, identity card, or passport.
  5. Visitors must arrive at the Center 15 minutes before their tour.
  6. We are closed on Mondays. The museum tours are from Tuesday to Sunday with a time of 45 minutes. They start punctually at the scheduled time.
  7. In no case can the factory tour exceed 17 people.
  8. Only children over 8 years old are allowed, always accompanied by adults.
  9. All visitors must sanitize their hands with alcohol or antibacterial gel before entering, and do not have jewelry or watches on your hands.
  10. All adults must wear a hat and a gown, children will only wear a hat.
  11. Visitors should not cross the movable chain barriers that are found on the ground.
  12. Visitors are not allowed to eat or drink inside the factory.
  13. Visitors must always maintain a line.
  14. Visitors are not allowed to touch any machine, product, or object.
  15. Taking photos inside the factory is not allowed.
  16. We reserve the right of admission to the factory.
