The Creamy Classic


  • 4 Embajador Chocolate Tablets
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups of milk
  • ½ tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1 of water


Place the Embajador Chocolate tablets in a small saucepan with the spices, salt and milk, stir until the tablets dissolve and bring to a boil. Pour the cornstarch while continuing to move and wait for it to thicken. Serve the chocolate with your favorite side.
