¡Chocolate mousse with unsweetened Sobrino!

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams unsweetened Sobrino
  • 500 ml milk
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 110 ml milk cream
  • 20 gr powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Mix the milk, cornstarch and the unsweetened Sobrino in a pan, medium heat.
  2. Keep moving, until it thickens.
  3. In another recipient, mix the milk cream with the powder sugar and continue mixing until the volume multiply.
  4. Put the mixture of the cornstarch at the bottom of your favorite glass then add the whipped cream on top for decoration.

Enjoy this delicious Mousse with unsweetened Sobrino and decorate it however you like!
