Majarete with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • ½ cup of Cortés Ground Chocolate
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 spoon of vanilla
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions:

  1. Blend the corn, evaporated milk, coconut milk, cornstarch and Cortés Ground Chocolate
  2. Strain the mixture
  3. Take it to the stove and add the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon
  4. Leave on low heat for 15 minutes without stopping moving
  5. Serve hot and cool for a few minutes
  6. Decorate with pieces of Cortés Chocolate of your choice
