Chocolate Filled Churros


For the churros:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ cup ground cinnamon

For the filling:

  • ½ taza de ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • ⅓ cup of Cortés Ground Chocolate
  • ¼ cup cornstarch


  1. Place the water, oil and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir and wait for it to boil.
  2. When the water is boiling, add the flour and mix quickly until you get a uniform dough.
  3. Remove from heat, add the eggs and mix
  4. Place the mixture of churros inside a pastry bag with a star nozzle to obtain the traditional shape of the churros
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  6. Place enough oil in a pan and when it is very hot, gradually place the strips of the mixture in the oil to fry them
  7. Pass the churros through cinnamon and sugar until well covered
  8. For the filling, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes to have a thick cream
  9. To fill the churros, make a hole with a straw and place the cream with a pastry bag without a nozzle
