- ½ cup of flour
- ⅓ cup of Unsweetened Sobrino
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- Copittas, walnuts and melted Mr. Milk chocolate to decorate (optional)
- Sift the flour, the Unsweetened Sobrino, and the baking powder
- In the same container, add the sugar and mix with a balloon whisk (dry ingredients)
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, salt and melted butter until smooth
- Unite both mixtures, until obtaining a smooth consistency and without lumps
- Pour everything into a brownie pan previously greased with butter or oil
- Add toppings (optional) and bake for 35 minutes at 220 ° C
